BetaBinomial

tests pypi Documentation Status

Implementation of Beta-Binomial (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beta-binomial_distribution) in python for parameters inference with moment method estimation and statistical testing on count data.

Documentation

Installation

pip install betabinomial

Example

import numpy as np
from betabinomial import BetaBinomial, pval_adj

bb = BetaBinomial()

n = np.array([
  [5, 2, 5, 6, 6],
  [8, 8, 0, 9, 1],
